Events Outside of Seattle

Writer Kerri Buckley announces her radio show for and about writers, The Literary Cafe. This show airs on the Oregon Coast with Coast Community Radio, KMUN in Astoria at 91.9 FM, and KTCB in Tillamook at 89.5 FM on the first Monday morning of the month at 9:30. It is heard by approximately 10,000 listeners. The show seeks work of writers of all genres to feature and highlight, especially regional writers.

A tentative show is scheduled to be recorded in the studio featuring both Seattle Writergrrl members and Portland Writergrrl members, August 28th, to air in September. Members could sign up to read excerpts of their books, articles or poetry. This is a great way to promote your work! Come spend a day in Astoria recording and then either browse the Sunday Market or visit the beach.
